As renowned manufacturer in OEM-Audio, we set great value upon the quality of our injection molded parts and the quality of the raw materials we use for molding them. The step to become an injection molding contractor came almost automatically. Initiated by some audio-customer requests, we started to provide the service of mold making and injection molding.
Today, we mold everything from mold tool / material sampling and small batch series up to large series frame orders on your behalf. If requested, the finished parts can be printed directly (pad printing) or mounted to assemblies. We also can do over-molding of metal parts on a vertical, 80 tons machine. If you wish, we will take care about the material sourcing. Standard materials can be sourced in a very short time and for competitive pricing, special types can be sourced with some lead-time, too.
Due to our philosophy for our own products, to process the highest possible rate of “Made in Germany” components, we are well connected to other German vendors in various industries. Therefore, we can support you beyond the actual molding process and help to make your project successful.
